These terms explain how Ebaadah may be used, what users can expect from the service, and how content and responsibilities are handled.

These terms explain how to use the website and app respectfully, safely, and in a way that protects the community.

Prayer times, Qibla, reminders, and Islamic content are built to help, but you should verify important matters when needed.

Ebaadah currently has no paid plans, subscription charges, billing, renewals, or paid-plan cancellations.

Ebaadah branding, design, content, software, and app experience belong to Ebaadah unless clearly stated otherwise.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Ebaadah website, app, and related services. By accessing or using Ebaadah, you agree to follow these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or app. If you use Ebaadah on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms for them.
Ebaadah is designed to support worship through features such as prayer times, Quran tools, duas, Qibla direction, reminders, daily habits, and learning content.
Some features may still be in development, may change before launch, or may only be available in certain regions, devices, or app versions.
Some Ebaadah features may require an account. If accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting access to your account.
You should not use Ebaadah if you are legally prohibited from using the service or if your use would violate these terms or applicable law.
Ebaadah is currently free to use. We do not currently offer paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, and we do not process subscription payments.
Billing, renewals, paid-plan cancellation, and subscription refund terms therefore do not currently apply. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these terms and communicate the applicable details before they take effect.
You agree to use Ebaadah respectfully and only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected parts of the service, or use Ebaadah in a way that harms other users.
You must not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or exploit Ebaadah unless we give written permission or the law clearly allows it.
Ebaadah aims to provide useful worship tools and Islamic content, but technology can be affected by settings, location accuracy, device sensors, calculation methods, time zones, and user choices.
Prayer times, Qibla direction, reminders, and religious content are provided for support and convenience. For important religious decisions, you should verify with trusted scholars, local mosques, or community authorities where appropriate.
Ebaadah may be updated, improved, paused, limited, or discontinued in whole or in part. We may change features, design, availability, or content as the product grows.
The website may show coming-soon messages until the app is available through official store listings. Download links should be used only when they point to official Ebaadah listings.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, bug reports, or other messages, you allow Ebaadah to use them to improve the website, app, content, and services without owing compensation.
Please do not send information that you do not want us to review or use for support, product improvement, or communication with you.
Ebaadah owns or licenses the website, app, software, design, logos, branding, text, graphics, icons, screenshots, and other content unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Ebaadah materials without permission, except where allowed by law or normal app usage.
Ebaadah may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, notifications, app distribution, support, maps, device services, or other operations.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Ebaadah is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Your use of Ebaadah is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
You can read the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
Ebaadah is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to make the service reliable and beneficial, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or available on every device.
To the extent allowed by law, Ebaadah disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
To the extent allowed by law, Ebaadah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.
We may update these terms as Ebaadah grows, launches new features, or prepares for app store release. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of Ebaadah after changes means you accept the updated terms.
