Editorial policy

Clear sources. Honest review labels.

Our articles are intended to make Islamic worship topics easier to understand and practice. This page explains how we present sources, authorship, and review status.

Scope and limits

We publish practical explanations, reflections, and worship guidance. These articles do not replace a qualified scholar, local religious authority, or individualized advice. We avoid presenting a debated interpretation as an uncontested ruling.

Sources and quotations

Articles should link to the Quran passages and hadith records they discuss. We identify a translation where relevant and distinguish cited text from our explanation. Hadith references and grades are attributed to the linked source rather than presented as our own scholarly judgment.

If a source cannot be verified, the claim should be revised, qualified, or removed. Readers can inspect the references listed at the end of each guide.

Authorship and review

The Ebaadah Editorial Team is an organization byline, not a claim that a named scholar wrote the piece. Articles show publication and update dates, sources, and a separate reviewer credit.

Dr Khalid Ahmed has reviewed our published guides for Islamic content and is committed to reviewing future guides before publication. Every published guide must have a completed, named Islamic review.

Corrections and updates

We revise articles when we find an error or a clearer source. Material changes should be reflected in the update date and, where useful, a visible correction note. See our corrections policy or contact us.
